With SPOT you have the latest and most advanced features available to run and automate your business. Here is a short list of new and enhanced features.

January 2021 Release - New!

Customers with subscription plans can now be automatically emailed and/or sent an SMS message when their subscription is used up for the current period.
Subscription plans can now have a duration of one year.
Added "Coupon Redemption Postback URL" setting. This is the URL the customer will be redirected to after a Click to Redeem coupon link is clicked.

December 2020 Release

In the Credit Card Reconciliation screen, the user now has the ability to void/refund a credit card transaction that is only seen on the processor side.
Sweden has been added as a locality in SPOT
The subscription auto renewal service will now log credit card transaction data into the same log tables that SPOT does.

November 2020 Release

SPOT now has the ability to send an email automatically when a subscription plan is activated.
SPOT now allows a customer to be upgraded to a more expensive subscription plan before the current plan expires.
Route Customer Delivery Settings now supports Delivery Console route pickup/delivery types.

October 2020 Release

The subscription renewal service will now use cash credit as a tender to renew the subscription if it is available.
New report A/R Customers with Expired/Declined CCOF run by store and bill group for date range.
Added SMS signup function. If the customer sends to the SMS number "sign up", they will receive back a link.

September 2020 Release

New Bag Assignment for Reassignable Bags by Customer and Date report, similar to Bag Scans By Customer And Date report but for reassignable bags only.
The Web Requests > Customer Signup Attempts report can now be emailed automatically via Reports Queue.
A "Video Tutorials" option has been added to the Help menu in the SPOT client. This will take the user to the SPOTposMedia YouTube channel.

August 2020 Release

A "Customer Signup Attempts" report has been added to the Web Requests folder in Reports Gallery. This report shows all attempts to sign up as a customer via CustomerConnect or MDC Mobile apps.
When Use Delivery Console is enabled, there is now a "Go to Delivery Console" entry in Delivery > Routes, so that you can jump to delivery console even if no routes are defined directly in SPOT.
New reports added: Active Subscriptions, Subscriptions by Date. Both organized by Store, Subscription Plan, Subscription Level and sorted by start date. Both include customer, start date, last used date, expire date, auto renew, items allowed, used, remaining and percentage used.

The ability to search for invoices by reassignable bag ID has been added to the invoice search screen.

October 2019 Release

A workstation setting has been added to cause SPOT to open a route in the SPOT Delivery Console instead of the SPOT built-in route view. This is only useful for customers already using Delivery Console to manage their routes
Added a "Recent Kiosk Signups" alert that shows orders from customers that signed up via the Kiosk in the past three days
A customer name search mode has been added to SPOT that requires only last name and first name fragments to be entered
The ability to text individual SPOT users and user groups has been added to the Batch Email/SMS screen
